For over 45 years Goccia Illuminazione has been producing unique lighting for Italian and worldwide outdoors. The constant growth concentrated on the development in this sector has led the originally small industrial activity in Poncarale, south of Brescia, to expand from 1977 until today on five adjacent office and production areas, over an aera of 8.000 square meters, where, from the first idea to the final product, the outdoor lamps of Goccia Illuminazione take shape, thanks to the constant commitment of now 30 precious colleagues and in a long-standing collaboration with the fervent local industrial network.
The drop ('goccia' in Italian), an international and intuitive symbol of watertightness in the legislation for lighting fixtures at the time of the company's foundation, gave the name and the trace that we still follow in constant technical evolution to meet the needs of our customers and propose new paths in the light.
Each idea that Goccia Illuminazione develops finds completion in its realization. From here begins another journey that takes it to the point where it will be installed and lit, a point which in turn becomes a new completion and destination: a terrace, an underpass, a garden, a tree-lined avenue.
Ideas of lamps for the outdoors – this is its nature – on the border between closed and open spaces or along the way between different places. It is here that its journey goes on, with those who walk in this light, stop for a while, come back home.
This path means continuous attention over time to each of the different phases.
